Join the NCSPCA at the Sands Point Preserve for a special event for the families and their pets – Diego’s Truck and Treat! Various pet friendly businesses will be decorating the trunks of their cars and offering “treats” to visiting patrons and their pups. Activities include dog Halloween costume contest, pie eating contest, raffles, games and more!
