Each year, we receive heartfelt testimonials from visitors who share how their time spent in nature on our beautiful Preserve has positively impacted their health and well-being. As part of our ongoing commitment to our members and visitors, we’re planning to host our second Health and Wellness Fair on March 14, 2026. Last year, over 350 people attended our inaugural fair and received many valuable resources to support their personal health and wellness journeys.
We are currently seeking health and wellness practitioners to participate in the next event. We welcome experts from all Western practices, as well as those representing complementary and alternative practices including, but not limited to:
• Western Medical (allopathic) or Mental Health Practices: Western medicine or dental practice, psychotherapy, physical & occupational therapy, etc.
• Traditional alternative medicine such as acupuncture, ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, Five Element Healthcare.
• Body-based approaches/techniques such as: chiropractic and osteopathic medicine, massage, body movement therapies such as Bartenieff Fundamentals, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, yoga and other somatic approaches.
• Diet and Food education and counseling by professionals in dietetics and nutrition.
• Energy Work such as electromagnetic therapy, Reiki, and Qigong.
• Creative Arts Therapies such as dance/movement therapy, art therapy and music therapy.
• And meditation, biofeedback, hypnosis, visualization and guided imagery, reflexology, aromatherapy, women’s health education, and longevity.
